The SWAT Team of the Knox County Sheriff's Office (KCSO) is a highly skilled unit that specializes in managing high risk missions outside standard law enforcement ops. Hostage rescues, barricaded suspects, high risk warrant services, and counterterrorism response are among their missions. To guarantee accuracy, discipline, SWAT personnel go through extensive training in tactics, explosives, and crisis negotiation.
